Paul Reilly

Set apart by his seasoned expertise in several industries, Paul is committed to providing a customer obsession focused perspective on the installation of solar systems. Born and raised in Queens, New York, Paul now resides in Colorado and Florida, where he has developed an adept understanding of the trends associated with solar panels.

Through his extensive and versatile work experiences, he is keen on supporting clients to navigate the installation of solar systems holistically. This involves helping them understand the multifaceted process and understanding their needs to better match them to homes that best fit their property profile. Being a father and a grandfather of loving and beautiful children, Paul understands the pivotal importance of having a home armed with efficient solar systems to provide safety and stability to the family. He is dedicated to helping families turn their dreams of comfort into realities and make excellent choices while at it. Backed by an educational background consisting of a degree in Finance, an MBA in Computer Methodology, and a CPA, Paul has weaved through a stellar career. His notable achievements include; serving as CEO and President of leading printing firms as well as sitting on groundbreaking advisory boards within the printing industry. To top it off, Paul held the CEO position of a company recognized as one of Fortune Magazine's Most Admired Companies of 2004 and ranked number ten in the Russell 3000 companies on Corporate Governance Quotients by Institutional Shareholder Services. A man known to go above and beyond, Paul was recognized for his resilience in 2003 when he was awarded the prestigious Ellis Island Medal of Honour for realizing the American Dream. Beyond his work, he enjoys skiing, mountain climbing, mountain biking, sailing, and golfing."

Frank Steenburgh

SALES & MARKETING

With a multifaceted background in marketing and sales, and a customer obsession passion, Frank is focused on delivering outstanding service to his solar clients.

Supported by an exceptional and versatile career with leadership roles at Xerox (Corporate Officer), New Direction Partners (Director),

Indigo (President of North and South America Operations) and other companies where he sits as a Board member, Frank has developed great business acumen that supports excellent delivery of solar panel systems to ConstructSun customers. Frank has a wide and valued understanding of the market insights, patterns and trends to enable the efficient, cost effective installation of solar systems. He will stop at nothing to ensure that his solar clients turn their dreams into reality.

Frank has been recognized by Business Marketing magazine as one of the top marketers in the United States and in 2004 was the recipient of the Rochester Institute of Technology CARY AWARD, presented annually to one individual who has distinguished himself in the development and application of digital technology in graphic communications.

Frank holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from General Motors Institute and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he was elected into the Epsilon Delta Sigma Management Honor Society. He has also been inducted into his high school Hall Of Fame.

Frank currently resides in North Carolina with his wife Fran. They are the proud parents of 3 children, whom have blessed them with 11 very special grandchildren.

Bill Cooney

ADVISOR TO THE CHAIRMAN

Bill Cooney is a retired Air Force General Officer and Command Pilot who has extensive leadership experience. He held numerous Command positions (CEO) in the military as well as CEO and Chairman of Commercial businesses.

His passion is to create companies that provide good jobs for people and these companies and any other companies he is associated with must maintain the highest level of ethics and be obsessed with providing their customers with exceptional service that can’t be matched by anyone. Bill was also the President of USAA Property and Casualty Group. He founded the first unique call center in the cloud, and another company he founded built the largest BioDiesel Plant in the Eastern United States. He was also instrumental in creating the California Earthquake Authority (CEA) so people could get Earthquake Insurance for their homes at a time when it was not possible or affordable.

Thomas Devine

VP OF OPERATIONS

Thomas’s extensive 30-year background in building controls, automation engineer, project management, process improvement, and customer satisfaction. Thomas works closely with the rest of the executive team and is involved in all aspects of the business.

Thomas’s focus is on improving the company’s internal processes and workflow in project development, engineering, management, and installation, he is very focused on continuously improving our process to better serve our customers.

Thomas is married and has 2 girls and two grandchildren. Thomas enjoys practicing Taekwondo with his youngest Daughter, Thomas and his wife Angie enjoy riding motorcycles, fishing, hiking and spending time with friends and family.

Brent Cuyler

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Brent is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, with a strong track record in driving business growth and fostering sustainable energy solutions. As the Director of Business Development, Brent is at the forefront of shaping the solar industry's future, identifying strategic opportunities, and leading initiatives that promote clean, green energy adoption.

With an unwavering commitment to advancing solar technology and expanding its reach, Brent has successfully cultivated partnerships, managed solar installs in multiple states, and developed innovative business strategies to accelerate the adoption of solar energy.

With a passion for environmental sustainability, Brent is dedicated to creating a brighter, cleaner future through solar power.

Outside of the boardroom, Brent is an advocate for clean energy education and frequently participates in industry conferences, sharing insights and inspiring others to embrace renewable energy solutions. With a visionary approach and a commitment to making solar energy more accessible and affordable, Brent is a driving force in the solar industry's growth and an invaluable asset to any organization with a vision for a more sustainable world.
